The Blue Sea Systems SI-ACR Automatic Charging Relay is engineered to provide seamless management of dual battery systems, automatically combining batteries during charging and isolating them during discharging or engine starting. With a robust 120A continuous rating, it is capable of supporting high-output alternators. The 12V/24V DC auto-ranging voltage input ensures versatility, while its ability to sense charging on two battery banks ensures efficient power distribution.

This relay features side and bottom knockouts for flexible cable connections, while the clip-on cover insulates terminal connections for added safety. The durable 3/8"-16 (M10) terminal studs can accommodate multiple cable terminals, and the one-piece stainless steel flange nuts guarantee secure and reliable connections. An integrated LED provides instant status updates on the ACR’s operation, and quick-connect terminals simplify grounding and optional feature setup.

The standout Start Isolation feature temporarily isolates house loads from the engine circuit during cranking, protecting sensitive electronics from voltage sags and spikes.
